Love the idea of having a garden, but don’t know where to start? Beginning with plant basics and covering topics such as soil and mulch, watering and fertilizing, and pruning and pest control – this class will teach you all you need to know to keep your garden looking great.

Lunch and Lecture - A Closer Look: The Art of William Christenberry

Drawing from his formal training, family traditions and a lasting relationship with his boyhood home in rural Alabama, William Christenberry has spent the past 50 years creating a remarkable body of work that explores life and the passing of time in the American South. Through clips from his documentary, William A. Christenberry, Jr.: A Portrait, and commentary from Cheekwood’s Curator of Art, discover what inspired the works featured in the exhibition Passing Time: The Art of William Christenberry.
