I just started reading this and so far I'm loving it. If you have ever worked in a hotel and especially a large, upscale hotel this book will ring true for you in so many ways. Give it a read and tell me what you think.
I plan to see some of the tv show soon as well. Anyone have burned copies of the show? I'd love to see them if you do.
