The 12th & Porter music club near the Gulch has closed its doors, its owners confirmed after Nashville artist management executive Frank Dileo issued a statement Friday saying he had dropped his financial backing.
The club filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last spring.
Dileo's statement raises renewed concerns about the nightspot's future and whether it can emerge from its legal entanglements.
"I don't know, I guess we'll see," co-owner Jennifer Lee said when asked on Friday night whether the latest closing would be permanent.
