Southern Cooking Class at Viking Cooking School

You don’t have to live in the South to appreciate soulful Southern cookin'. In this highly requested new workshop, we’ll teach you how to create traditional Southern food from the heart.

Preparing a traditional Southern dinner; learning the art of balancing seasonings; preparing lump-free, creamy mashed potatoes; pan-frying chicken to crisp perfection; braising greens; making a quickbread; making custard.

Adult classes are for students age 16 and older.
