Chiropractic Nashville is having a school supply drive to help underpriviliged families with school supplies. Take in school supplies (valued at $20.00) in August and receive a free Initial Exam (including x-rays and consultation) or a re-exam. Existing patients get a free spinal manipulatioin* on August 23 with school supplies.
