Las Paletas

We tried the hibiscus Popsicle to know what it will taste like for the upcoming culinary event.

This past Friday

We stopped in at Las Paletas for some popsicles that were truly were outstanding.

I had a "Creamy Lime" and Andrea had a "Hot Chocolate."
The creamy lime tasted much like a perfect key lime pie and was so refreshing. The "hot chocolate" was a creamy chocolate with hot peppers in it. At first you tasted the cold, creamy milk chocolate which gave way to a lil ember of heat that would sit on the back of your tongue. It wasn't to hot but gave a nice twist to the typical chocolate popsicle.
