Great book for anyone in the hospitality industry. It is right on the money and I found so many times I could relate to what was happening or what they were talking about. Put this one on your birthday or Christmas wish list.

I just started reading this and so far I'm loving it. If you have ever worked in a hotel and especially a large, upscale hotel this book will ring true for you in so many ways. Give it a read and tell me what you think.
